Judy P's Tickle Trunk

I spent a good bit of the day reclining in a lawn chair on the patio by the river.

This little chipmunk came around to check out the action.

The robin’s nest in the shrub outside the window is now empty.

The fledgling hadn’t gone too far. We spotted it high up in the ash tree by the patio. Its mother was never too far away.

It was more interested in grooming and fluffing its tail feathers than in learning to fly it seemed.

There is a handful of ripe blackberries overhanging the river.

The Turk’s cap lilies are just coming into full bloom.
