Banana gadgets: useful or useless? You be the judge.

June month brings more birthdays and I was delighted to receive another addition to my collection of banana handling devices. It kind of started with the banana guard which I purchased after I saw one demonstrated on Dragon’s Den.

The banana slicer was a Christmas gift from my son.

For my birthday he thrilled me with a Banana Saver. I can’t recall the last time I couldn’t manage to eat a full banana but should the occasion arise, by Jove, I will be more than ready.

Nana saver, needs no description.

What’s next I wonder? A banana peeler, ripener, hmmmm, I think I would really like a banana sharpener!

Nothing to do with bananas but still on gift theme; I love the way Sarah wrapped the book she gave me. Here it is after the book was removed – she used green painter’s tape to make the ribbon. So cool.
