Winter in Milton

It’s a wet day in Milton on the Mersey. The forecast was very accurate in calling for 2 to 3 centimetres of snow in the morning, changing to rain later in the day. I managed to get out to snap a few pictures before the snow began to melt. Here’s a sampling of shots. Click on the photo for a larger view.

Too cold for sittin'.

Not much colour to be found – you might be tempted to take out a box of Crayolas and add a few flamingos or a Smurf or two. Me, I’m just as happy to view my world in black and white most days. It’ll make those spring flowers that much more special when they come.
