Dawn to Dark

….or The Last Colours of Autumn.

You may think these albums of pictures are lazy woman’s postings. I prefer to see them as busy woman’s postings as there is lots to do as we wind down our Northern adventures and think about migrating to warmer climes. These photos were taken a few days ago before the heavy rains and wind knocked most of the leaves off the trees. We escaped the notorious flooding here because our river is well controlled by several dams. Thank heavens for that. It might take centuries for Cape Breton to dry out. Anyhow, here is a collection of things I have enjoyed in the run of a day.

May look ragged but smells divine.
