Well, this one speaks to the quality of my ring bling. I have had to park it, as the clasp is crooked and doesn’t hold the stone securely. I wouldn’t want to lose it in a patient’s bed where it could be misconstrued as a very large drop of blood. A pity as it looks so regal!
This reminds me of another Newfoundland counting out rhyme:
My mother and your mother were hanging out clothes – my mother gave your mother a punch in the nose – what colour blood came out of her nose – red spells R – E – D so out of this game you must go as fast as your little red shoes can carry Y – O – U through.
