…or Will it Be Gone When I Get Back?

It’s pretty nice here this morning. Temperature in the mid eighties, no wind, birds chortling in the trees. It’s going to be hard to leave all this behind but I have a couple of boats in Nova Scotia wondering where I’ve gone. They will be good and ready for some attention by the time I get there.

In the meantime, people back home have been letting me know what I have been missing:

Jon's front step.

Jon’s front step.

Sharon's front steps.

Just outside our back steps

My VW

Ruthie's car

Another car in,the same driveway

Kind of all speaks for itself. Might have to trade in one of those boats for a snow-blower. Or a giant propane torch. Not sorry to have missed this one!!

See y’all soon.

Still remnants of snow but there is lots of bare ground. Bike is on the road and raring to go. In all the lakes you can hear “thunk thunk” as the fish bash their heads against the ice. They are going to be ravenous and Jim and I will get some good fishing in for sure. See you when you get back.
